that's a tasbih. kononnya this fella has special power that can connect him with ntah hapa-hapa...[shaman la konon ni] and what we can see here is he is communicating with the power..to find out apa-apa yang nda kena di opes abe..

and what's surprise me more is when i know the person who brought this fella to abe. i couldn't believe myself that someone whom i knew to be religious and banyak tau pasal selok belok agama can use something like this to gain anything for the benefit of himself.
